Louis Chapman runs Neon Rabbit Digital Services as a veteran-owned, Jacksonville-based business operations partner for small businesses, nonprofits, and solo professionals that want calmer systems without tech overwhelm.
Local to Jacksonville, Florida and able to help nationwide by phone, video, and shared docs.
Before Neon Rabbit, Louis served in the U.S. Army, worked as a Lead Analyst in a Joint Operations Center, and led organizations as a former CEO and executive director of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. That mix matters here: he understands deadlines, sensitive information, thin staffing, budget pressure, and the need for tools that protect the business instead of creating more risk.
