I run Neon Rabbit Digital Services, a veteran-owned business based in Jacksonville, FL. I help small business owners with the online side of their business: websites, AI and automations, lead follow-up, apps, online stores and local search. I explain it plainly and build only what actually helps.

Where I come from

I've worked in government, the military (I'm a U.S. Army veteran), corporate jobs, nonprofits and small business. That mix taught me things I still use every day: deadlines are real, sensitive information needs careful handling, and when staff and budgets are thin, the tools have to make work easier, not harder.

The Army taught me to keep improving my position, because you never know which small improvement will make the difference. That's how I build: start small, get it working, then keep making it better.

I also run my own businesses, Sparkle Suite and Some Dude's Coffee, so I know what it's like to be the one paying the bills and answering the customers.

What I've built

I don't just build for clients. I build my own ideas, too.

  • Sparkle Suite: websites and live-show tools for independent Bomb Party reps. It started when my sister asked me for help with her website.
  • Sparkle Finder: the collector-side app for finding pieces, reps and upcoming shows.
  • Some Dude's Coffee: my own small-batch coffee brand, sold through a Shopify store I set up.
  • Roberts Photo Studio: a website for a passport photo studio in Boston. I designed and built it.

  • Listen first. I want to understand how your business actually runs before suggesting anything.
  • Plain English. If I can't explain it simply, I shouldn't be selling it to you.
  • Free first call. The first 30-minute call costs nothing.
  • Clear quotes. You'll see the scope and price in writing before work starts.
  • People stay in charge. AI drafts and sorts. A person reviews anything that reaches your customers.
  • Ownership in writing. Who owns the domain, accounts and code depends on the project, so we agree it in writing before work starts.

Where I work

I'm based in Jacksonville, FL. I meet in person with clients around Jacksonville, and I work remotely with businesses anywhere in the US.
