Neon Rabbit Digital Services LLC ("we") runs neonrabbit.net. This page explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email, phone number (only if you give one), business name (optional), the topic you pick, your message and how you'd like a reply.
- When you browse the site: basic usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, rough location, device and browser. We use it to see which pages help people and which don't.
How we use it
To reply to you, talk through your project, send you a quote and keep basic business records. If you choose a phone call or text reply, we use your number only to reply about your inquiry.
Tools that handle it for us
- Our lead database, which stores form submissions.
- An email service that sends us a notification and sends you a confirmation email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check on the form.
- Google Analytics.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We share it only when needed to provide the services you asked about, to comply with the law, or to protect the business.
Please don't send sensitive records
Don't send passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer, medical, legal or financial records through the form. If a project involves sensitive information, we'll agree on a safe way to handle it before work starts.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete what you've sent at any time. Email louis@neonrabbit.net.
