You've got the idea. We'll help you build it.
A lot of good ideas never make it past the notes app. Maybe you don't know where to start, what it should cost, or whether anyone will pay for it. That's what we're here for. We help you test the idea, build a small first version, and set up what it needs to keep going.
Who this is for
This is for you if:
- You have an idea for a business, product, service or app, and no tech background
- You've been sitting on it because you don't know what to build first
- You've had quotes that felt huge, vague, or written in another language
- You want someone to tell you honestly whether it's worth doing
You don't need a business plan, a pitch deck or technical words. Bring the idea the way it sits in your head.
From Louis
I know this side of it, because I've been the person with the idea. My sister became a Bomb Party jewelry rep and asked me to help with her website. I noticed how many other reps needed the same thing, so I built Sparkle Suite, which gives reps their own websites and live-show tools. Then collectors needed a way to find pieces and shows, so I built Sparkle Finder. I also started Some Dude's Coffee because I thought having my own coffee brand would be pretty cool, and I set up the store myself.
None of those started as finished products. They started as ideas, a first small version, and a lot of improving. I want to help you do the same with yours.

How it works: three steps
1. Validate it
Find out if it's worth building before you spend real money.
- We talk the idea through: who it's for, what problem it solves, how it makes money
- We look at who else does something similar and what people already pay for it
- We pick the smallest first version worth building, and a simple way to see whether people want it (a waitlist page, a pre-order, a few real conversations)
You leave with: a clear idea of what to build first, and a written quote for it.
2. Build it
A small, real first version, launched fast.
- The website, app, online store or booking setup the idea needs, and nothing extra
- Built with tools you can grow with, with ownership agreed in writing up front
- Weekly check-ins and previews, so you see it come together
You leave with: a working first version that real people can use.
3. Run it
The systems that keep it going after launch.
- Lead capture and follow-up, so interested people don't slip away
- Email, text reminders and automations for the repetitive work
- An optional retainer, so we keep taking care of updates and fixes and keep improving based on what you learn
You leave with: something that runs without you holding it together by hand.
Start with a free 30-minute call
Tell me about your idea. We'll talk it through, in person around Jacksonville or by video anywhere in the US. If it makes sense to keep going, I'll send you a written quote. The call is free, with no commitment.
- A free 30-minute conversation about your idea
- Honest feedback on what to build first and what can wait
- A written quote afterward, if you want to move forward
- Happy to sign an NDA first, if you'd like one
What it could become
Ideas we can help with (examples, not a limit):
- A website and booking system for a new business
- An online store for a product you make or source
- A membership site
- A simple app for a niche community or hobby (like Sparkle Finder)
- A tool that helps people in your industry do their jobs (like Sparkle Suite)
- A side business you want to test before you quit anything
Straight answers
Will you steal my idea?
No. What you share stays between us, and we're happy to sign an NDA before we talk if you'd like.
What if our call shows the idea isn't worth building?
Then you've saved yourself a lot of money and time, and we'll tell you plainly. Sometimes the answer is "change it this way first."
Do I need to know anything about tech?
No. Explaining it in plain English is our job.
How much does a build cost?
It depends on what the first version needs. You'll get a written quote after our first call, before any build work starts.
Who owns what we build?
It depends on the project. We'll agree in writing who owns what before work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Can you help me raise money or write a business plan?
That's not our focus. We help you test the idea and build the online side, not write business plans.
