How retainers work

  • Quoted, not posted. Every retainer is quoted to fit what you have. The first 30-minute call is free.
  • Clear scope. Each retainer lists what's included. Anything bigger gets a written quote first, so there are no surprise invoices.
  • Terms in writing. How long a retainer runs, how billing works and how to end it are set in your quote. Payment terms are set per project. Billing is through Stripe.
  • Who owns what. It depends on the project. We'll agree in writing who owns what before work starts, including what happens if you leave.
  • Something we didn't build? We take a look at it first, and the details are set in your quote.
