You don't need to know the technical words or have an AI plan ready. This is hands-on training for business owners and staff who want to understand the tools and use them with care. We start with what you do, the tasks you repeat and the questions you want help answering.

Training is available in person around Jacksonville, FL or remote, for one-on-one work or small teams. We use real tasks from your business, with a person reviewing the results. You can bring the things you're unsure about, whether that's writing a clear request or deciding if AI belongs in a task at all.

What we can cover

We choose the topics around your needs. Examples include:

• AI basics without the hype. What AI is good at, where it gets things wrong and how to write clear requests. We practice explaining what you need and checking whether the answer actually fits.
• Picking the right tool for the job. When to use ChatGPT and other OpenAI tools, Claude, and Grok and Grok Bot, and when a simple automation beats a chatbot. We can also cover Google's AI products, including Gemini.
• Managing AI like a team. Give AI helpers clear jobs and rules, check their work and keep a person in charge. A useful answer still needs someone who understands the business to review it.
• Turning repeat tasks into workflows. Work through emails, follow-ups and content. We look at the steps in the task, where an AI tool or automation could help, and where a person needs to check before anything reaches a customer.
• Using AI safely in your business. Know what never goes into AI, like passwords, and which customer details need extra care. Practice checking answers before trusting them, even when they sound confident.

There are no paper handouts. Each client gets their own digital AI training guide, built for their needs. The guide gives you something to return to as you work with the tools.

Tell us what you or your team does and which tasks or tools you want help with. We agree the training scope in a written quote, with payment terms set for that project. Then we work through the agreed tasks together, keeping review and safe-use rules part of the practice.
