A second set of eyes on your business and code

When you built something yourself, or someone built it for you, it's hard to see what's wrong with it. We come in fresh and try to break it on purpose. Some call this adversarial review: looking at your systems the way a confused customer, a careless mistake or a bad actor would, so you find the problems before they find you. We're based in Jacksonville, FL and work with businesses anywhere in the US.

We do this to our own work first. We use a team of AI agents and an Ops Center dashboard. Our builds go through review before they ship, and a person checks what was found.

What we look at

Pick one area or several:

  • Processes and workflows: steps that get skipped, hand-offs that drop things, work done twice
  • Code and apps: bugs, fragile spots, missing checks, things that will break when you grow
  • Your website: broken links and forms, confusing pages, slow loading, mobile problems, inquiries that never arrive
  • AI tools and agents: wrong answers, made-up facts, too much access, missing human review, ways it can be talked into things it shouldn't do
  • Automations: what happens when a step fails, duplicate messages, data landing in the wrong place
  • Security basics: shared passwords, missing two-step sign-in, old accounts still active, private data in the wrong places
  • Other business systems: your store, booking, email, CRM and how they connect

What we're looking for

Anything that breaks, leaks, confuses customers or wastes time.

What you get

  • A plain written report, ranked by risk, from "fix this now" to "nice to have"
  • For each issue: what we found, why it matters and a suggested fix
  • A short call to walk through it and answer questions
  • If you want, we fix the issues after. That's quoted separately, and you're never obligated.

What this isn't

This is a practical review, not a certification. It isn't a penetration test (a formal, authorized hacking test done by security specialists), a security audit, a compliance check or legal advice. If you need one of those, we'll say so and point you to the right kind of specialist.

How it works

  1. Talk it through. You tell us what to look at and what worries you.
  2. Agree the scope. You get a written quote that says exactly what we'll review and what access we need.
  3. We review. With only the access we need, read-only where possible. We don't touch live customer data unless you've agreed in writing.
  4. You get the report. Ranked by risk, in plain English.
  5. Fix it, or don't. Fix it yourself, with your own team or with us.

FAQ

What is adversarial review?

It means trying to break something on purpose to find its weak spots, instead of only checking that it works when everything goes right.

Do I need to give you passwords?

We'll ask for only the access the review needs, read-only where possible, and remove it when we're done. We'll agree it in writing first.

Can you review something another developer built?

Yes. We'll be fair and specific, and the report is about the system, not about blaming anyone.

Is this a security audit or penetration test?

No. We check security basics as part of a practical review, but it isn't a certification or a formal security test. We'll tell you if you need one.

Do I have to hire you to fix what you find?

No. The report is yours to use however you like.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what we're reviewing. You'll get a written quote, with payment terms for that job, before any work starts. Billing is through Stripe. The first 30-minute call is free.

Want a fresh look before something breaks?

Tell us what you'd like reviewed and what's worrying you. We'll send a written quote with the scope spelled out. The first 30-minute call is free.
