  5. Search and AI crawler access: whether your site lets Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot (ChatGPT search), Claude-SearchBot, Claude-User and PerplexityBot read it
  6. Google Business Profile: what your public profile shows customers
  7. Name, address and phone consistency: whether they match across your website and the main listing sites: Google, Bing Places, Apple Maps and Yelp
  8. Searching your name: what shows up on the first page when someone searches for your business by name
  9. AI answer snapshot: questions your customers might ask, checked in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Google's AI answers in Search: whether you're named, whether the facts are right and which sources it cites

What's the difference between SEO and AEO?

SEO is about showing up in search results. AEO (answer engine optimization) is about showing up inside answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT. Most of the basics overlap, so we check both.

Do I need to give you any passwords?

No. Everything is checked from the outside, using what's public.

How much does it cost?

Every business is different, so every check is quoted. Tell us about your business and we'll send a written quote with the price and turnaround. If you hire us for a project afterward, we credit the fee toward it.

How long does it take?

It depends on your business and your site. Your quote tells you how long your check will take.

Will this get me to the top of Google or ChatGPT?

No one can promise that. The report shows what's holding you back and which fixes to do first.

Do I have to hire you after?

No. The report is yours. You can fix things yourself, give it to someone else or ask us. If you do hire us for a project, we credit the check fee toward it.

I run a bigger company or an online store. Can I still get one?

Yes. Bigger sites, multiple locations and full store reviews take more work, and your quote will reflect that.
